These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the shbef platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bets. Using shbef means you accept these terms in full.
shbef is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification applies to all accounts.
All balances, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in PKR.
Each player may hold only one active shbef account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
Abuse of bonuses, betting irregularities or fraudulent behaviour results in account suspension.
By accessing or using the shbef website, mobile application or any other service provided under the shbef brand, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. shbef reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any user at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued document. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification.
You must also confirm that you are not accessing shbef from any jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any local rules or restrictions applicable to your location.

Each individual may register and maintain only one shbef account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or using a third party's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any payment method details required. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. shbef will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to shbef support immediately.
All deposits on shbef are processed and held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). shbef supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available deposit methods for your account will be displayed in the Deposit section at the time of transaction.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method registered to a third party is not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension and reversal of the funds.
Supported in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Cards and approved Mobile Wallets — all transactions in PKR with no currency conversion fees.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account. shbef reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits are typically credited to your shbef account balance immediately upon successful processing; however, delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside shbef's control.
shbef does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account terms for any applicable service fees.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your shbef account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, or to a verified account in your name.
Before a withdrawal is processed, shbef may request identity verification documents to confirm that you are the rightful account holder. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds and to ensure compliance with our anti-fraud procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being suspended.
All withdrawals are paid in PKR to accounts verified in your name. shbef does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All bets placed on shbef are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question. These rules cover markets available, settlement procedures, rules on abandoned or postponed events, and any market-specific conditions. Rules for each sport — including cricket, PSL, international T20, football and esports — are available within the relevant section of the platform.
Once a bet has been confirmed by the shbef system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — selection, stake, odds and market type — before confirming. shbef is not responsible for bets placed in error by users.
shbef reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, odds feed failure or where there is clear evidence that the odds displayed were significantly incorrect. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
Cricket Note: For PSL and international matches, shbef follows official match results including DLS method decisions in rain-affected games. Please review the cricket-specific rules in the Sports section before placing bets.
shbef offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, PSL seasonal promotions and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be clearly stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus — or any winnings derived from it — become available for withdrawal. The exact wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on shbef and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
Zero Tolerance: shbef has a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, match-fixing and identity misrepresentation. Accounts found in violation will be permanently closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
All content on the shbef platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data and game content — is the property of shbef or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the shbef platform without prior written permission.
The shbef name and logo are brand identifiers of the platform. Unauthorised use of these identifiers — including on social media, third-party websites or in marketing materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
shbef provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. shbef shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues or any event outside our reasonable control.
shbef's total liability to any user in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
shbef is not responsible for any loss of opportunity, indirect loss or consequential damages arising from betting outcomes, bonus decisions or account actions taken in accordance with these terms.
shbef collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. This includes data used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and improving the platform experience.
shbef does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash or Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to complete the relevant transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy terms.
shbef reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, shbef will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the shbef platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of these terms, you should cease using shbef and may request account closure by contacting support.
